The land heals. Jo guides. You remember yourself.
Some transformations cannot happen at home.
There are places on this earth that hold a frequency so ancient, so alive and so far beyond anything the ordinary world offers that simply being in them begins the work before a single session has started. The land itself becomes the healer. The sky becomes the container. And something in you that has been waiting, sometimes for years, finally has enough space to move.
This is what a YESYOU retreat is.
It is not a holiday. It is not a wellness weekend with yoga in the morning and massages in the afternoon. It is a genuine, deep, sometimes confronting and always profoundly beautiful immersion into the most alive version of yourself. You come as you are. You leave as someone you are still becoming.
What these days are really aboutWhen we remove you from the noise of ordinary life, from the roles you play, the responsibilities you carry and the patterns that have become invisible because they are so familiar, something extraordinary becomes possible.
You remember yourself.
Not the version of you that shows up to work or manages the household or keeps everything running. The version of you that existed before all of that. Before the conditioning, the compromise and the slow accumulation of everything you agreed to carry. That version of you is not lost. It is waiting. And in the right place, with the right guide and the right people around you, it comes roaring back to life.
I have watched people arrive at retreats barely breathing and leave dancing. I have watched people release grief they have been holding for decades in a single breathwork session under an open sky. I have watched strangers become family in the space of a few days because something sacred happens when people come together with the shared intention of becoming more fully themselves.
That is what these retreats create. Every single time.

There is a reason the most profound healing traditions on earth have always taken place in wild, sacred landscapes. Nature does not allow you to hide. The trees, the water, the soil and the sky hold a mirror to something true in you and they are not interested in the performed version of your life.
When you breathe in the open air, when your feet touch the earth, when you hear nothing but wind and birdsong and the sound of your own breath, your nervous system begins to do something it almost never gets to do in ordinary life. It fully releases. Not manages, not copes, not gets by. Fully, completely, without reservation releases.
And from that place of true release, transformation becomes not just possible but inevitable.
Days built around breath, movement, sound and the profound intelligence of the earth. Morning practices that wake your body up from the inside out. Breathwork journeys that take you to places within yourself you have never been. Sound healing sessions held under open sky. Somatic work that moves what years of talking has not been able to shift. Evenings around fire, in ceremony, in the kind of deep human connection that reminds you why you are alive.
And space. Real space. Space to feel everything. Space to release everything. Space to simply be, without agenda and without performance, for the first time in a long time.
You will cry. You will laugh until your sides hurt. You will sit in silence and feel it as fullness rather than emptiness. You will look at the person next to you and recognise something of yourself in them. You will have moments of such clarity and such joy that you will wonder how you ever lived without them.
And you will go home different. Not because I changed you. Because I held the space for you to change yourself.
YESYOU retreats take place in wild, sacred landscapes chosen specifically for the frequency they carry. Places where the land is ancient and the beauty is the kind that stops you mid-breath and reminds you that this world is extraordinary.
Each retreat is co-created with a guide who knows the land and loves it as deeply as I do. This matters. When the people holding the space are genuinely rooted in the place where you are healing, everything goes deeper.
