I was born wild.
Untamed, electric and deeply connected to something most people could not see. As a child I spoke to trees, played with earthworms and howled at the full moon. I felt the pulse of something ancient running through my veins and I thought everyone experienced the world this way. The unseen was as real to me as the ground beneath my feet.
But as I grew I began to understand that my truth did not fit within the walls of the life I had been given.
My home was filled with control. With expectations that suffocated the very essence of who I was. My father demanded obedience, trying to mould me into someone I could never be. But my soul knew better. The moment he said “as long as you live under my roof you will abide by my rules” something shifted in me so completely that there was no going back. I knew with absolute certainty that I could never live a life that was not truly mine.
At sixteen I packed my bags and walked away. I was not running. I was answering the call of my own destiny.
The path that found me
What followed was not easy. But it was mine. Every step, every struggle, every moment of darkness was an initiation. Life was stripping away the illusion of who I had been told to be and revealing who I actually was underneath all of it.
I have walked through grief and come out the other side knowing something I could not have learned any other way. I have sat in the darkness long enough to understand that the darkness is not the enemy. It is the teacher. Every wound I have carried has become a doorway. Every moment I thought was breaking me was actually breaking me open.

I see the world as energy, vibration and frequency. An infinite web of life where everything is connected and nothing is separate. Healing is not something that happens to you in a therapist's office or a yoga studio. It happens when you stop performing your life and start actually living it. When you let something ancient in you wake back up.
Most people are not broken. They are buried. Under years of conditioning, expectation, trauma and the relentless pressure to be someone smaller than they actually are.
My work is about excavation. About going in and finding what was always there. The joy. The power. The wild, untameable aliveness that nobody and nothing can ever actually take from you, only bury for a while.
I am here to help you find it again.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all healing. Every person who works with me is entirely unique and every experience I hold is built around that truth.
I work with breath as the primary entry point because the body never lies. When the mind is defended and the heart is armoured the breath always finds a way through. I work with sound because frequency moves what words cannot reach. I work with the body because trauma does not live in the mind. It lives in the tissue, the fascia, the places you have been holding without realising you were holding.
I work fast. I see clearly. I get to the truth quickly and I will never put you in a box.
People come to me carrying things they have been carrying for years. They leave lighter. Not because I took anything from them but because I helped them put it down.
I bring every tool I carry in service of one thing only: your genuine, lasting, embodied transformation.
I am a certified breathwork practitioner, sound healing therapist, Reiki master, NLP coach, life coach and certified Kambo practitioner.
I am fully qualified in everything I teach and everything I offer. My work is not experimental. It is ancient wisdom held within a modern framework, practised with rigorous care and absolute devotion to your safety and your growth.
Not happiness. Joy. The difference matters enormously.
Happiness is conditional. It depends on circumstances, on what is happening around you, on whether things are going well. Joy is something else entirely. Joy is a frequency. A state of being. It is available to you right now regardless of what your life looks like from the outside.
I built YESYOU because I looked around and saw a world full of people who were surviving beautifully and living hardly at all. Intelligent, capable, high-functioning people who had lost access to their own aliveness. Who had forgotten what it felt like to be genuinely, wildly, unapologetically alive.
YESYOU is the answer I built for them. For you.
Not more seriousness. Not another healing programme with a sixteen step framework. A joy revolution. Built on breath, movement, sound, ancient wisdom and the radical belief that falling back in love with your life is not a luxury. It is the work.
This is my life's work.
Not because I chose it. Because it chose me.
