You are not separate from the earth. You are made of it.
Water holds memory. Soil is the foundation of all living things. The trees carry wisdom older than any book ever written. In ways science is only beginning to understand, the wild places heal what nothing else can reach. When Jo works in nature, she is not choosing a pretty backdrop. She is using the most powerful healing force that has ever existed.
We are energetic beings living a human experience. Love is the frequency we are made of.
Strip away the stories, the identities, the accumulated weight of a lifetime and underneath all of it is love. Pure, clean, original love. Jo's entire body of work is built on one belief: that returning to this frequency is not just possible, it is the whole point. To love your life fully. To love what you do, who you choose, how you spend your days. To love every part of yourself so completely that everything you call your life becomes a reflection of that. She is here to change the frequency of this earth through love. One human at a time.
Not the reward at the end. The medicine itself.
Every other healing space will tell you to do the work first and feel better later. YESYOU is built on the opposite. Joy is not what you earn when you are healed. Joy is how you heal. The dancing, the laughing, the aliveness. That is not the warm-up. That is the work.
It is everywhere. But you have to make space for it.
Magic is not a personality type or a spiritual gift. It is what happens when you stop filling every silence, rushing every moment and suppressing every emotion. Magic lives in the gaps. In the breath before you speak. In the moment you stop trying. Jo creates the conditions. The magic does the rest.
