There is something that happens when hundreds of people breathe together under an open sky that cannot be manufactured, replicated or explained. It has to be felt. A collective field of energy so alive, so electric and so genuinely transformational that people walk away from it changed in ways they did not expect and cannot fully articulate.
That is what I bring to a stage.
I do not lead a guided meditation with soft music and a calm voice telling people to relax. I do not run a yoga class or a mindfulness workshop. What I create on a festival stage is something far more alive, far more powerful and far more unforgettable than any of those things.
I take hundreds of people who arrived as strangers and within minutes they are breathing together, moving together, laughing together and releasing things they have been carrying for years. Together. In public. Under the sky.
